Contract Cancellation - Distance Selling Regulations
You are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish to do so, provided you exercise your right no more than 14 working days after the day on which you receive your delivery.
To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to us via email with full details of your order. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning your order to Wilson & Coleman at your own cost.
Further, you must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime or whilst in transit.
Wilson & Coleman reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item should it not be returned in fully resalable condition.
Products that fall into the following categories will not be refunded unless they are proven to be faulty;

Any goods made or customised to a customer's own specifications, e.g. custom fittings on electrical goods such as lighting.

Items dispatched with original sealed packaging that have been opened, or items with original packaging where the packaging has been damaged or discarded.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your contract prior to order dispatch, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in Refund & Returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Bulky items
To ensure your order arrives safely to your door, large, bulky items are delivered via a one-man delivery service. Our third party courier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery. They will offer you the first available date for delivery in your area. In most cases they will offer you a date within a week.
We can also work with your preferred courier, made by your own arrangement.
Please note, any cancellation within 48 hours of the delivery date will forfeit any delivery costs. This charge will also apply if no-one is present to receive your delivery at a time agreed with the courier.
This service is only available for mainland UK customers, but we can try to work with international couriers on request. Please contact us for further information.
Collection in person
We have no physical showroom, but you can collect purchases in person by arrangement. Contact us before placing an order, and we will endeavour to find a time and date that works for you.
When will my order arrive?
We endeavour to get all orders prepared and dispatched within 24-48 hours if the order is placed Monday-Thursday.
Once shipped, our average delivery time is 1-2 days for UK customers, and 3-7 days for the rest of the world.
Please note that lead times quoted are given in good faith. Where any delay occurs we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.
