A large vintage onion-shaped pendant lamp modelled after the 'Orient' pendant lamp by Danish lighting manufacturer, Fog & Mørup. Made in the 1970s, probably within the UK, with a silver-coloured spun aluminium body, turned teak cap, the lamp provides a strong downlight that resists glare when hung over a dining table or work space, and decorative lighting effects through the vertical slots cut into the top of the lamp.

The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, the teak has been oiled and waxed, and the old wiring has been replaced with a generous length of premium Italian cable with a complementing silver coloured fabric braid to bring it to modern safety standards.
