A mixed media wall hanging comprising an abstract design, perhaps figural, executed in polychrome enamels on copper, mounted on a slab of painted and textured plaster. The work is unsigned, but came from the estate of the Hungarian-German artist, Prof. Franz Paul Schunbach (1898-1981) and is, by repute, by the artist.
Whilst undated, the plaster slab is backed by a sheet of newspaper, and the cinema listings indicate that this piece was created in 1957.
