An original globe-shaped art deco table lamp of clear mouth-blown glass of ribbed form. It was produced in Czechoslovakia for export in the 1920s.
The lamp has been dismantled, cleaned and brought up to modern safety standards with a brand new British-made earthed solid patinated brass B22 lamp holder and a generous length of 3-core cable with a vintage-look old gold silk braid.
The glass is acid-etched ‘Made in Czecho-Slovakia’ to the base.
