A vintage white opaline glass table lamp with a tube-shaped base and bulbous shade, mouth-blown as a single piece. The lamp was made in the Empoli region of Italy in the 1970s.
The lamp gives a soft outwards glow and has an uplighting effect when illuminated.
The lamp accepts a single B22 bulb. It has been it has been cleaned and brought up to modern safety specifications with an earthed B22 blub-holder, a good length of premium Italian 3-core cable with a vintage-style braid in a contrasting emerald green, and an inline on/off switch.
