Wilson & Coleman

 

We've been selling interesting things for interesting rooms since 2004. We buy things we like, and our tastes are very broad.

Our antique and vintage finds can be found in private collections around the world, in international museums and galleries, and even occasionally on stage and screen.

We remove the risk of buying antique and vintage items by making sure that everything we sell is clean as a requirement, restored where necessary, and ready to place in your home every time.

And if you change your mind, we have a no-fuss returns policy.

Do you provide international delivery?

 

We can ship most items to most countries. Some larger items may be limited to UK or European buyers only during the checkout process, but we might be able to help if you contact us directly.

 

 

What is your returns policy?

 

For any undamaged product, simply contact us and request to return the item(s) and packaging within 14 days of the date you receive your order, and return it within 14 days of contacting us.

 

When we've received and inspected your return we will exchange it where possible or offer a refund via the original payment method, as you see fit.

In addition, please note the following:  Wilson & Coleman will only cover the cost of return shipping if:

  • an item is not as described, or

  • the item was damaged during shipment.

We are unable to coordinate item returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to organise returns including payment for any delivery charges incurred. Where an item is not as described or damaged in transit, your costs will be reimbursed.

How do I track my order?

 

To keep shipping costs as low as possible, orders under £50 GBP are usually shipped without tracking (unless you request otherwise before placing your order). For orders over £50 GBP, we will notify you of the tracking details and the postal/courier service used.

 

 

Can I collect in person?

 

We have no physical showroom, but you can collect purchases in person by arrangement. Contact us before placing an order, and we will endeavour to find a time and date that works for you.

Can you tell me the value of my item?

We do not offer valuations or an appraisal service.
